The first image in this series was actually a start of a shirt design that I scrapped. It was rather quite symmetrical so I decided to run with it and transform into a digital “inkblot” series. These were created using a mixed media approach: scanned in ink/watercolors, fonts, photos of skulls/animals and more. Also, each was designed and sold as 8×12 prints at the time.
