August was a quieter month. We’ve been so focused on getting our garden built and ready, we haven’t traveled or go on any birding walks. This month’s photos feature a feathered friends around the property: the hummingbirds are starting to get ready for their migration, the hawks are flying around looking for a treat, the Peewees and Flickers are getting their young raised and we’ve had Goldfinches in the front by the bird bath (finally someone found it!)
